Throwback Thursday goes back just three years to the morning of October 11, 2019. This breathtaking photo was taken by a parishioner at 7 a.m. Mass.

Pray the Rosary with us tonight in St. Mary's chapel at 7 PM. Please pray for an end to the violence in the Middle East.

At Friday's Breakthrough Night, we read the Parable of the Sower and discussed ways we can work to make our hearts good soil for the Word of God to grow and bear fruit. One way was through creative activities...like painting!
Check out some of our creations, including one that quotes Galatians 6:9 "we will reap a harvest" in Japanese.
Join us on Monday, 10/16 to get into the spirit of the season by solving some holy mysteries!

For Peace in the Middle East:
God of mercy and compassion,
of grace and reconciliation,
pour your power upon all your children in the Middle East:
Jews, Muslims and Christians,
Palestinians and Israelis.
Let hatred be turned into love, fear to trust, despair to hope,
oppression to freedom, occupation to liberation,
that violent encounters may be replaced by loving embraces,
and peace and justice could be experienced by all.
- Reverend Said

First Saturday Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is this Saturday, October 7th. This devotional opportunity, offered every first Saturday of the month, includes praying the Rosary and devotional prayers after 9 a.m. Mass. There is also an opportunity for confession following Mass. It is the hope that after completing the first Five Saturdays we will continue to grow our relationship with Jesus through Mary.

The most powerful weapon to conquer the devil is humility. For, as he does not know at all how to employ it, neither does he know how to defend himself from it.
